Please read this document carefully before using the 3gpking platform. Continuing to use the platform constitutes your full acceptance of all terms stated herein.
Acceptance of Terms of Use
By accessing or using the 3gpking platform via website, mobile app, or any provided digital channels, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. These terms form a legally binding agreement between you, the user, and 3gpking as the platform operator.
If you disagree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use the platform. 3gpking may modify these terms at any time. Any changes take effect immediately once posted on the platform. It is the user’s responsibility to review the terms regularly.
Account Creation and Security
To fully use 3gpking services, you must register an account with accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Each user is allowed only one account. Multiple accounts by the same individual are prohibited and may result in all related accounts being suspended or permanently closed.
You are fully responsible for keeping your password and login details confidential. 3gpking is not liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized access caused by your own negligence. If you suspect your account has been accessed without permission, please contact 3gpking support immediately.
Users must be at least 18 years old to register and use this platform. By registering, you confirm that you meet this minimum age requirement.
User Responsibilities and Platform Usage Rules
Users agree to use the 3gpking platform only for lawful purposes in accordance with applicable Malaysian laws. The following activities are strictly prohibited on this platform:
- Providing false, misleading, or inaccurate information during registration or transactions
- Using software, bots, or any automated tools to access or manipulate the platform
- Committing fraud, money laundering, or any illegal activities
- Sharing accounts or transferring account ownership to others
- Interfering with, damaging, or attempting to hack the platform infrastructure
- Using the platform for commercial purposes not authorised by 3gpking
Violations of any of the above rules may result in immediate suspension or closure of accounts as well as appropriate legal action if necessary.
Payment and Transaction Information in Malaysian Ringgit
All financial transactions on the 3gpking platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Deposits can be made via supported local payment methods such as FPX and the Touch 'n Go e-wallet. Minimum deposit and withdrawal limits are subject to the current policies stated in the user account.
Withdrawals can only be processed to Malaysian bank accounts registered under the same user name. 3gpking reserves the right to withhold or suspend withdrawal processing for identity verification or investigation of suspicious activities. Users must complete account verification fully before the first withdrawal request is processed.
Any transactions proven to involve fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activities will be cancelled and reported to the relevant authorities without prior notice to the user.
Liability Limits and Account Suspension Policy
3gpking is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use or inability to use the platform, including service interruptions due to technical maintenance, third-party network issues, or events beyond the platform’s reasonable control.
3gpking reserves the right to suspend or terminate user accounts at any time with or without notice for the following reasons:
- Violations of these terms and conditions
- Recommendation or confirmation of fraudulent activity
- Requests by relevant legal authorities
- Account inactivity for a specified period
- Account balances unclaimed within the specified period
If an account is terminated due to user violations, 3gpking is not obligated to refund any remaining balance in that account.
Intellectual Property, Third-Party Links, and Applicable Laws
All content on the 3gpking platform, including logos, designs, text, graphics, software, and interfaces, is the exclusive property of 3gpking or its licensed holders. You may not copy, distribute, modify, or use any of this content without prior written permission from 3gpking.
The platform may contain links to third-party websites or services. 3gpking is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites. We recommend users review the terms and privacy policies of third-party sites before use.
These Terms & Conditions are governed and interpreted under Malaysian law. Any disputes arising from or related to these terms fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of Malaysian courts.
